Thank you very much for arranging our equipment and for accommodating all of our last minute requests.

Our experience with your company overall was extremely positive and I would like to share some more specific feedback with you.

The Committee and I were particularly happy with the following:

  • Your staff  were very willing to accommodate our requirements and communicated with us throughout the day to ensure the equipment was erected in the correct place. The boys were also very responsive and cooperative if we needed to make adjustments
  • There were no inaccuracies in our equipment numbers on the Day
  • The equipment was of consistent quality and was of higher quality than the equipment we have hired in the past
  • Your staff seemed well prepared and worked from the plan we had provided them with which allowed them to work independently without constant supervision. It was great your team was able to erect the stalls accurately based on tape markings only!
  • The site supervisor checked ALL of our marquee stalls with us to ensure nothing was missing. There were only minor corrections to be made and he had staff correct these on the spot which saved us from having to go back and double check the stalls a second time
  • The plan was set up in the exact manner as we requested (e.g., chairs were placed on top of tables) which made checking this area extremely fast. No corrections were required which again saved us time!
  • The display boards both vertical and horizontal looked great and suitably met our needs! Thank you for supplying the number we required at no additional cost for the pairs of vertical boards.
  • Your invoice was in line with what was promised and discussed

Overall your team was motivated to please us and get the job done as perfectly as possible and they were a pleasure to deal with.

"Ed’s Hire have worked in conjunction with Lifeline in excess of 10 years to deliver one of Queensland’s biggest fundraising successes known as the Lifeline Bookfest. Two events are held annually at the Brisbane Convention Centre and we use nearly 4km of tables to stock over 2 million books.  Ed’s Hire consistently supplies us with our hire equipment for this event with a high level of efficiently.
